Comparing review removal services: questions and answers

In September 2026 we searched Google and asked five AI assistants. No removal vendor with telehealth-specific pages appeared in either. General reputation firms have healthcare pages aimed at hospitals, practices and clinics. That gap is the reason Remove One Star exists, and it is why we are on our own list.

Because this list is for telehealth brands with a Trustpilot problem, and that is the only thing we do. We say so at the top of the page. If your problem is Google reviews, news articles or several platforms at once, another firm on this list is a better fit, and the list says which.

No. Trustpilot assesses each flag against its guidelines, case by case. Several firms reduce your risk with pay-after-removal or refund terms, which is different from promising an outcome.

Ask which Trustpilot flagging reason applies to each review, and which reviews they will refuse to flag. Ask how many flags per week they will send from your account, whether they ever contact reviewers, and how they keep patient information out of the process.

No company can remove a negative review for being negative. The useful question is which one works on your platform and tells you what it will not flag. This page compares six on public facts, and the full comparisons cover fourteen firms.

Not mechanically. It uses the same flagging tool, from your account, under the same rules. What it adds is the reading of every review against the guidelines, the choice of reason, the evidence, the pace and the record keeping. The same Trustpilot team assesses each flag either way.

When you have a handful of clear cases, such as reviews with promo codes or a review plainly meant for another company, and someone careful has an hour a week. Use our free tool and the evidence checklist.

Flagging the reviews that hurt and not the reviews that break rules. Those flags come back invalid, they show on your public record, and a pattern of them is what Trustpilot calls misuse.

In the US a platform is usually not liable for what its users write, under Section 230, so a lawsuit is normally against the reviewer. Trustpilot applies its own guidelines to the review. Ask a defamation lawyer how a judgment would be used in your case.

Flagging. Our flagging schedules run for weeks, and Trustpilot publishes no decision time. Litigation runs for months or years.

No. When we checked on September 20, 2026, its Trustpilot page stated $0 upfront and payment only after a review is confirmed removed, with no dollar figure. Its cost page lists industry retainer ranges and says they are not its own pricing.

We did not find one. Its healthcare page addresses hospitals, practices and health systems. Its Trustpilot page did not mention telehealth, GLP-1 or supplements when we checked.

Its review removal page lists Trustpilot among the platforms it works on. When we checked in September 2026 we found a blog guide about deleting Trustpilot reviews but no separate Trustpilot service page.

It does not publish its own price. Its review removal page says you only pay when the review is gone, with no upfront fees. Its cost guide lists industry ranges, such as $500 to $2,000 for budget removal services and $2,000 to $5,000 or more for reputation firms.

Both sites name Erase Technologies, LLC as the owner.

We did not find one when we checked in September 2026. Its content removal page covers reviews in general, and its blog includes guides about Trustpilot.

Its content removal page says every removal engagement is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. The same page describes that as a commercial term about the engagement and says it is not a promise that a specific item will come down.

No. Its content removal page says cost depends on the removal type, its complexity and its timeline, and offers a free analysis.

Removify is a content removal company, best known for removing Google reviews. Its FAQ also lists Glassdoor, Indeed, RateMDs, Vitals, TripAdvisor, Google search results and Facebook. It takes a refundable deposit and says you only pay for what it removes. Removify and Remove One Star are separate companies with no link between them.

We could not find a Trustpilot service on its site. Its FAQ lists Google Reviews, Glassdoor, Indeed, RateMDs, Vitals, TripAdvisor, Google search results and Facebook. A Trustpilot URL on its site returned a 404 error on September 19, 2026. Ask Removify directly if you need a current answer.

Its FAQ says you only pay for what it successfully removes. It asks for a small deposit before work starts. It says the deposit is fully refundable if the removal is unsuccessful, and that it gives a full refund if content is not removed within 60 days.

No. Its FAQ says pricing varies by content and platform and that quotes are usually available the same day.

Its homepage listed $397 per Google review, $697 per Yelp review and $497 for other sites when we checked on September 19, 2026. Its Trustpilot page did not show a dollar figure on September 20, 2026. It describes flat-fee pricing per removed review with custom quoting.

Its site describes a flat fee paid up front with an automatic refund to the original payment method if the review is not removed within 30 days.

We did not find one. It has pages for weight-loss clinics, hair restoration clinics, med spas and many other industries. Its Trustpilot page did not mention telehealth, GLP-1 or supplements when we checked.

Its pricing page says that if a removal it completed ever reappears on the same URL, it removes it again for free. If it cannot, it gives a full refund for that removal. That is a promise about content coming back. It is not a promise that any given item will be removed in the first place.

No. Its pricing page is headed 'Pricing tailored to your case' and showed no dollar amounts when we checked on September 20, 2026.

Both sites name Erase Technologies, LLC as the owner. We compare Erase.com separately on its own comparison page.

Its Trustpilot page says the first removal request is free to submit, that you pay only for reviews actually removed, and that there are no subscriptions or retainers. It does not list a price and says fees vary with the content.

Its page says most successful removals resolve within about 30 days, though timing varies. Trustpilot itself does not publish a decision time.

Its Trustpilot page lists clinics, professional practices and healthcare providers among the businesses it serves. We did not find pages about telehealth, GLP-1, hair loss, ED, TRT, HRT or supplement brands.

Its Trustpilot page says you only pay when the review is gone and describes performance-based pricing for qualified removals. Its pricing page says it does not publish fixed prices and describes two models: pay on success for single removals and a retainer for ongoing work.

Get the refund terms in writing, including how and when the first payment comes back if the review stays. Ask which platform rule the vendor will rely on for each review.

Generally not. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act says a platform is not treated as the publisher of content written by its users. Minc Law's own article says legal action must target the individual reviewer. Source: 47 U.S.C. § 230. This is general information, not legal advice.

When the review states something false as fact and the damage is serious. It also has to be a case where the platform has refused to act, or where you need to find out who is behind an anonymous campaign. A lawyer can assess defamation, send a letter that has real grounds, and go to court. We cannot do any of that.

Its review removal page names Trustpilot among the platforms it works on, with Google, Glassdoor, Facebook and Yelp. We did not find a page about Trustpilot alone when we checked on September 20, 2026.

The page states the figure in its headline and repeats it, without saying how it is measured, over what period or on which platforms. We repeat it as WebiMax's claim. We have not verified it. Trustpilot publishes no success rate for flagged reviews.

Not for review removal. Its page offers a no-cost quote. Its homepage says it works month-to-month.

By its own account, no. Its online reviews page asks 'Can you delete negative reviews?' and answers 'No. However, even better than deleting negative reviews is burying them with a flood of positive ones.' Source: Online Reviews and Social Media.

Because the two firms answer different questions. ReputationDefender works on what people find when they search your name. We work on the 1-star reviews sitting on your Trustpilot and Google profiles. A brand with a 3.4 rating and a clean first page of search results has our problem, not theirs.

We found no mention of review removal, review sites or Trustpilot on its homepage or its online reputation management page on September 20, 2026. Its services are search results, brand building, crisis advice and AI search.

It publishes no prices. Its service page says it does not offer tiered or flat-rate packages and provides a proposal for each engagement.

Its public pages describe software for collecting, requesting and answering reviews, and for listings, surveys and insights. We found no review removal service and no mention of Trustpilot on its homepage on September 20, 2026.

Its pricing page lists Rep Core at $80 per location per month, Rep Core + Pulse at $115 and Rep Core + Surveys at $150. Enterprise plans for 125 or more locations are custom. The page does not state contract terms.

Yes. Software that requests and answers reviews and a service that flags rule-breaking reviews do different jobs. Per-location pricing fits businesses with many sites. An online health brand with one Trustpilot profile should check what a single 'location' buys.

Its reviews page describes asking for reviews, answering them and sharing the good ones. We found no mention of removing or disputing reviews, and no mention of Trustpilot, when we checked on September 20, 2026.

Its pricing page lists no prices. It asks how many locations you have and sends pricing after you fill in a form.

More recent reviews from all customers can lift a TrustScore, because recent reviews weigh more. The figure is Birdeye's own claim about its customers, and we have not verified it. On Trustpilot, invitations have to be fair and neutral.

For a detailed Trustpilot service, the closest are firms with a dedicated Trustpilot page: RepSpert, The Reputation.org, Reputation Medics and Remove One Star. They differ in payment terms and in who they serve. We only work with direct-to-consumer health brands.

It protects your fee, not your profile. A vendor paid per removal earns more by flagging more, and Trustpilot treats bulk flagging and flagging only negative reviews as misuse. Ask any pay-after-removal firm how many flags per week it sends. Source: Action We Take.

When the problem is bigger than reviews: negative press, search results for a founder's name, or a crisis that needs PR. An agency has teams for each of those. A removal specialist does not.

Usually because the problem is on Trustpilot. Removify's public FAQ does not list Trustpilot as a platform it works on. For Google reviews it remains a relevant option.

You choose which reviews to pay for before anyone has told you whether they break a rule. If most of them are genuine complaints, they will stay online, and you will be waiting on refunds. An audit first avoids that.
