Remove One Star works only on Trustpilot and Google reviews, only for direct-to-consumer health brands, and sizes each project from a free audit. What you get from Guaranteed Removals

Its terms are easy to understand. You are not billed for work in progress, and a removal is verified before any charge. There are no retainers and no auto-renewals.

Its guarantee deals with a real risk. Content that was removed can return, and Trustpilot itself says it moves reviews offline and does not delete them. A promise to act again at no cost is useful cover.

It handles many kinds of content: news articles, search results, court records, Glassdoor and Indeed reviews. A brand with a press problem and a review problem can use one vendor.

What you get from Remove One Star

We do not use the word guarantee. The name and the terms at Guaranteed Removals describe billing and re-removal. They do not change who decides. On Trustpilot, every flag is assessed by Trustpilot. We say that on every page so that nobody on your team expects a fixed outcome.

Trustpilot is our whole job. The five flagging reasons, the required Request information step, the 12-month limit on genuine experience checks and the public flagging record are the details that decide outcomes. They are covered on our main Trustpilot page.

We publish a flagging pace. Trustpilot lists bulk flagging over a short period as misuse. Our pricing page shows the cadence for each pack, in weeks. We did not find a pace on Guaranteed Removals' site, so ask.

Health brands only. Evidence never includes patient records, and reply advice avoids protected health information. See the telehealth page.

The lifetime guarantee is the headline. For a Trustpilot project, check how each part of it applies.

  1. Does the guarantee cover Trustpilot reviews? Its pricing page does not mention Trustpilot, and we found no Trustpilot service page. Ask for the platform to be named in the agreement.
  2. What counts as the same content coming back? Trustpilot can reinstate a review when the reviewer responds. A reviewer can also post a new review of the same experience, at a new URL. Ask which cases are covered.
  3. Who sends the flags, and how many each week? Trustpilot only accepts business flags from a Business account, and it treats bulk flagging as misuse.
  4. How is the price set? Pricing is "tailored to your case". Ask whether it is per review, per project or per month, and get the figure before work starts.
  5. What will you need from us? A health brand should confirm that no patient information is part of the evidence.

Our promise is about money, not outcomes: you never pay for a review that stays up. The method is on the process page.

Frequently asked questions

Its pricing page says that if a removal it completed ever reappears on the same URL, it removes it again for free. If it cannot, it gives a full refund for that removal. That is a promise about content coming back. It is not a promise that any given item will be removed in the first place.

No. Its pricing page is headed 'Pricing tailored to your case' and showed no dollar amounts when we checked on September 20, 2026.

Both sites name Erase Technologies, LLC as the owner. We compare Erase.com separately on its own comparison page.

Send one link. Get back the reviews we can remove.

The audit needs one thing from you: the link to your public Trustpilot or Google profile. No account access, no customer data, no payment details.

  1. We read your profile

Every 1-star and 2-star review is checked against the platform's own rules: Trustpilot's five flagging reasons or Google's content policies. We also scan positive reviews for the same breaches.

  2. You get two lists by email

Reviews that can qualify, each with its flag reason and the evidence it needs. Reviews that do not qualify, each with the reason.

  3. You decide what happens next

If some reviews qualify, we quote a pack in writing, at $475 to $600 per confirmed removal. If none do, we say so, and there is nothing to buy.

Your profile stays safe: six things we never do

Each of these breaks the platform's own rules or the FTC's Consumer Review Rule. A vendor that does them puts your profile at risk, not theirs.

  • Write, buy or arrange reviews

Banned by Trustpilot, by Google and by the FTC's review rule.

  • Contact your reviewers outside the platform's tools

Pressure on reviewers breaks the platforms' rules.

  • Offer refunds or gifts for deleting a review

Named in the FTC's case against a GLP-1 telehealth company.

  • Flag every 1-star review in one batch

Trustpilot lists bulk flagging as misuse.

  • Flag a real complaint because it hurts

Invalid flags show on your public flagging record.

  • Flag the same review again after a decision

Trustpilot lists repeat flagging as misuse.

Each line rests on a published rule. See the rules behind this list, with sources.

Before you send the form

Yes. The audit is free, and you only pay for reviews that come down. If a review stays up, you pay nothing for it. Every removal is shown in your weekly report with a screenshot from before and the review's link, which now leads to an error page. See how billing works.

The audit is free and asks for no payment details. After that you pay per removed review, and nothing up front. The price is $600 per confirmed removal in a 20-removal pack, $525 in a 50-removal pack and $475 in a 100-removal pack. The free audit sets the pack, and a pack is a ceiling: if fewer reviews come down, you pay for fewer. See the three packs and the public price ranges for review removal.

Yes. We report reviews that break the platform's own rules, through the platform's own tool: Trustpilot's flagging tool or Google's report tool. The FTC's review rule bans threats, intimidation and fake reviews. Asking a platform to apply its own rules is not one of the acts section 465.7 lists, and we do none of the others. Our guide sorts every removal method by what the law allows.

Careless flagging can. Trustpilot treats bulk flagging, repeat flagging and flagging only negative reviews as misuse, and the penalty lands on your profile. So we flag by rule, across star ratings, on a schedule measured in weeks per pack and never the whole profile in one batch, and we do not retry decided cases. Your flagging record is public for 12 months, and we plan for that from the first flag.

Our flagging schedule runs about 1 week for a 20-removal pack, about 2 weeks for 50 and 3 to 4 weeks for 100. Trustpilot does not publish a decision time, and reviewers get 3 days to answer each request, so we do not put a date on each decision. You get a proof report every week.

Then we tell you so, and there is nothing to buy. Trustpilot or Google decides each removal, so we cannot promise that a given review comes down. You never pay for one that stays up. You still keep the list of real complaints, grouped by cause, with the ones that most need a public reply marked.
