No promise of results

Trustpilot and other platforms decide whether a review stays online. Nothing on this site is a promise, warranty or guarantee that any review will be removed, that any score will change, or that any business result will follow. The tool at Does this review qualify? gives a general indication based on Trustpilot's published categories. It is not a decision by Trustpilot and not an assessment by us.

Our services

If you hire us, the work is governed by a written agreement that sets out the scope, the amount and the payment terms. If that agreement and these website terms differ, the agreement applies.

Accuracy and sources

We link statements about platform policy and law to primary sources and show the date each page was updated. Platforms change their rules, and companies change their websites. Check the linked source for the current version. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Comparisons with other companies

Pages that discuss other companies use information from those companies' public websites, with the date we checked it. We are one of the companies on each comparison page and on our own list of services. Our disclosures page explains the method. A company that believes a statement about it is wrong can ask for a correction through the contact form.

Trademarks

Trustpilot, TrustScore and Google are trademarks of their owners. We use these names only to describe the platforms our content is about. Remove One Star is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trustpilot, Google or any company named on this site.

Your use of the site

You may read, link to and quote the site with credit. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, attempt to break its security, or submit false or unlawful information through its forms.

Illustrations and examples

Product screens, reports and reviews shown on the site are labelled examples written by us. They are not client data and not real reviews. Still-life images on the site were created with an AI image tool.

Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the site's content or from its being unavailable. The same applies to third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
