Start with the free audit
Some removal vendors charge up front or take a deposit. We bill per confirmed removal, after the proof report, so a pack is a ceiling and never a deposit.
Packs cover Trustpilot and Google reviews alike. Cadences cover our own schedule only. Trustpilot does not publish how long it takes to decide a flag, and Google says only that evaluation typically takes several days. Flagging a whole profile in one batch is misuse under Trustpilot’s rules, so our pace is measured in weeks per pack.
Three free tools help with the sums: the removal cost calculator prices your own number of reviews, and the TrustScore calculator shows how many removals a target score would take. The rating recovery planner shows your rating month by month over a year, with and without removals.
You are billed only for what comes down
How you are billed is the same for every pack. Only the price per removal changes.
You pay per confirmed removal, and nothing up front. A removal is confirmed once Trustpilot or Google has taken the review offline and your proof report shows it is gone. A pack is a ceiling, not a commitment: if fewer reviews qualify or come down, you pay for fewer. The price per confirmed removal is $600 in a 20-removal pack, $525 in a 50-removal pack and $475 in a 100-removal pack. Reviews that the platform keeps online cost you nothing. The audit is free.
If every review in the pack comes down: Starter $12,000, Growth $26,250, Scale $47,500. That is the most a pack can cost. You only pay for the ones that come down, so most projects cost less than the ceiling.
Yes. A pack counts confirmed removals on either platform, at the same price. A 50-removal pack can hold 30 Trustpilot reviews and 20 Google reviews. See Trustpilot removal and Google removal.
Before any work starts. The free audit counts the reviews that qualify, and that count sets the pack. Your written quote names the pack and its price per confirmed removal. Nothing is flagged until you have accepted it, and nothing is charged up front.
By the weekly proof report. Every case is logged in a shared sheet with the original screenshot and the link, which returns an error once the review is gone. You can open the link yourself.
You pay nothing for it. It is recorded in your report as kept online, with the platform's decision. On Google we file the one appeal it allows where the case is strong. We do not flag the same review again for the same reason, because Trustpilot treats repeat flagging as misuse. See what happens when the flagging tool is misused.
Then you pay for fewer. A pack is a ceiling and never a deposit. The audit counts the reviews that can qualify before you choose a pack. If it finds nothing that breaks a rule, there is nothing to buy.
What you get in every pack
The same method at every size. The tiers change the count and the schedule, not the care taken with each flag.
| Included | What it means |
|---|---|
| Free audit | What can qualify, with the rule and evidence. What does not, with the reason. |
| Evidence file for each review | The rule, the exact words, and the supporting fact, written down before anything is flagged. |
| Trustpilot and Google reviews in one pack | A pack counts confirmed removals on either platform, at the same price per removal. |
| Paced reporting through your own account | One reason per review, on a schedule measured in weeks per pack, through Trustpilot's flagging tool or Google's report tool. You stay the account owner. |
| Permanent removal, not suppression | Removal by the platform is the only thing we sell. We do not push reviews down or bury them. |
| Positive reviews checked for the same breach | Trustpilot treats flagging only negative reviews as misuse, so the plan covers both. |
| Weekly proof report | Every case is logged in a shared sheet with the original screenshot and the link, which returns an error once the review is gone. The platform's decision for every review it kept. |
The questions buyers ask before they send a profile
A review that breaks the platform's own rules: one of Trustpilot's five flagging reasons, or one of Google's content policies. The breach has to show in the review's own words or in facts you can state. The audit lists each one with its rule. See Trustpilot's flagging reasons and Google's policies.
You do not pay for it. Billing follows confirmed removals, so a review that the platform keeps online costs you nothing. Your weekly report lists it as kept online, with the platform's decision.
Trustpilot lists flagging reviews in bulk over a short period as misuse, and it can respond with a warning, a blocked flagging tool or a Consumer Warning on your profile. So we never flag a whole profile in one batch. A pack runs on a schedule: about 1 week for 20 removals, about 2 weeks for 50 and 3 to 4 weeks for 100. Source: Action We Take.
They are noted in the weekly report. They can be added to the current pack if there is room, or held for the next one.
Yes. The audit is free, and you only pay for reviews that come down. If a review stays up, you pay nothing for it. Every removal is shown in your weekly report with a screenshot from before and the review's link, which now leads to an error page. See how billing works.
The audit is free and asks for no payment details. After that you pay per removed review, and nothing up front. The price is $600 per confirmed removal in a 20-removal pack, $525 in a 50-removal pack and $475 in a 100-removal pack. The free audit sets the pack, and a pack is a ceiling: if fewer reviews come down, you pay for fewer. See the three packs and the public price ranges for review removal.
Yes. We report reviews that break the platform's own rules, through the platform's own tool: Trustpilot's flagging tool or Google's report tool. The FTC's review rule bans threats, intimidation and fake reviews. Asking a platform to apply its own rules is not one of the acts section 465.7 lists, and we do none of the others. Our guide sorts every removal method by what the law allows.
Careless flagging can. Trustpilot treats bulk flagging, repeat flagging and flagging only negative reviews as misuse, and the penalty lands on your profile. So we flag by rule, across star ratings, on a schedule measured in weeks per pack and never the whole profile in one batch, and we do not retry decided cases. Your flagging record is public for 12 months, and we plan for that from the first flag.
Our flagging schedule runs about 1 week for a 20-removal pack, about 2 weeks for 50 and 3 to 4 weeks for 100. Trustpilot does not publish a decision time, and reviewers get 3 days to answer each request, so we do not put a date on each decision. You get a proof report every week.
Then we tell you so, and there is nothing to buy. Trustpilot or Google decides each removal, so we cannot promise that a given review comes down. You never pay for one that stays up. You still keep the list of real complaints, grouped by cause, with the ones that most need a public reply marked.
