This site collects very little. If you send an audit request, we receive what you typed into the form. We use privacy-friendly analytics with no advertising trackers. This page sets out the details.

What we collect
Information you send us
When you submit the audit request form, we receive what you enter. That is your name, work email address, company, website, Trustpilot profile link, platform and industry. It also includes an approximate number of 1-star reviews and any message you write.
The form asks you not to include patient names or health information. Please do not send any. We do not need it for an audit, and we will delete it if we receive it.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use advertising or social media trackers.
The free tools on the site run in your browser and send nothing, and the Review Rule Checker browser extension collects no data at all. It has its own extension privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Each acts on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Public Trustpilot reviews
An audit reads reviews that are already public on Trustpilot. We do not contact reviewers, and we do not collect information about them beyond what is public on the review and the reviewer's public profile.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and our correspondence are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and for up to 24 months afterward. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. These can include the right to object to processing and to complain to a regulator. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Form submissions are sent to us over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send information we have not asked for.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
