About Remove One Star
Use this paragraph as written, or shorten it.
Remove One Star removes Trustpilot and Google reviews that break the platform's own published rules, for direct-to-consumer health brands: telehealth, GLP-1 and weight loss, hair loss, ED, TRT, HRT and supplements. It audits a brand's public profile for free and sorts reviews into those that can qualify for flagging and those that cannot. It reports the first group through the platform's official tool with evidence, on a schedule and never in one batch, and reports every outcome. The platform makes every removal decision, and Remove One Star promises none. It is independent and is not affiliated with Trustpilot or Google.
The name
- Write it as three words with capitals: Remove One Star.
- Not "RemoveOneStar", "Remove 1 Star" or "ROS".
- The website is www.removeonestar.com.
Wordmark and star mark
The wordmark is the name set in Schibsted Grotesk beside a gold star with a red strike through it.

- Wordmark, dark type on a clear background (PNG)
- Wordmark, light type on a clear background, for dark pages (PNG)
- Star mark only (SVG)
Please do not redraw the mark, change its colors, or set it next to Trustpilot's or Google's logo in a way that suggests a partnership. There is none.

What we give the press, and what we cannot
We can explain Trustpilot's flagging rules, the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and how they apply to health brands. Every statement will come with a primary source. Our guides, the rule-by-rule section and the DTC health Trustpilot report 2026 are free to quote with a link.
We cannot give client names, case studies or removal statistics. We do not publish them, and the data index names no brand.
