What you get from Removify

Removify's Google reviews page is one of the most visited pages in this industry. Its offer is clear, and its FAQ answers the practical questions: deposit, refund, timing and what happens if content comes back.

Its terms limit your risk. The deposit is refundable, and the FAQ promises a full refund if the content is not removed within 60 days.

It also covers employer review sites such as Glassdoor and Indeed, and medical rating sites such as RateMDs and Vitals.

Platform. We work on Trustpilot and on Google, and on nothing else. Trustpilot's rules differ from Google's. It has five flagging reasons, a required Request information step for some of them, and a public record of each business's flagging.

Removify's terms are clear for Google. If you are asking it about Trustpilot, the first question matters most.

1. Do you take Trustpilot work at all? Its FAQ did not list Trustpilot when we checked, and its Trustpilot URL returned a 404. Ask for the scope in writing before you pay a deposit.
2. If yes, how is a Trustpilot flag sent? Trustpilot accepts business flags only from inside a Trustpilot Business account, with one reason per review. Google's process is different, so ask who on the team knows this one.
3. Does the 60-day refund apply to Trustpilot? Trustpilot publishes no decision time. A case with several rounds can run long. Ask what happens at day 61.
4. What speed should we expect? Removify quotes 24 to 48 hours at the fast end for its core work. On Trustpilot, a reviewer alone gets 3 days to respond to a request.
5. What information will you ask for? Health brands should share nothing that identifies a patient.
