Birdeye alternatives: what each one is for, and what it costs
Birdeye does not publish prices, so a lot of teams go looking for Birdeye alternatives before a sales call. This page sets out five of them from their own sites: what each is for and what each says about price. It is a description, not a ranking. It also covers the one thing no review software can do. Only the review platform removes a review, under its own rules.

Short answer
Birdeye alternatives include Reputation.com and NiceJob for local, multi-site businesses, and REVIEWS.io, Yotpo and Trustpilot for online stores. Most publish a starting price. Birdeye and Yotpo do not. No review software can remove a review. Only the platform that hosts it can, under its own published rules.
Key facts

Why look for Birdeye alternatives?
Most teams start looking for Birdeye alternatives for one of three reasons.
Price is hidden. Birdeye's pricing page shows no dollar amounts. It asks for your location count and a phone number. You cannot compare it with anything until you take a sales call.
The model is built on locations. Birdeye's brackets run from 1 to 3 locations up to 1,000 or more. That fits a clinic group or a franchise. An online brand with one website and no storefront has to ask what a "location" means for it.
The reviews live somewhere else. Birdeye's reviews page talks about asking for reviews, replying to them and sharing the best ones. It did not mention Trustpilot when we read it. Many DTC health brands collect most of their reviews there, or on their own product pages.
None of this makes Birdeye a bad tool. It does a lot, and it says its products are HIPAA compliant on its healthcare page. Our Birdeye comparison covers what it does well in more detail.
How we built this list
This page does not rank anything. We do not say which tool is best, because the answer depends on where your customers leave reviews and what your store runs on.
Every fact about a vendor below comes from that vendor's own website. We read each page as of September 2026 and link it. We have no tie to any vendor on this page. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so.
Birdeye alternatives side by side
| Tool | Built mainly for | Published price, as of September 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Birdeye | Businesses with many locations | None. Quote by location count |
| Reputation.com | Multi-location brands, healthcare named | $80, $115 or $150 per location per month |
| NiceJob | Local service businesses | $75 or $125 a month |
| REVIEWS.io | Online stores, company and product reviews | Free tier, then $29 to $499 a month, billed annually |
| Yotpo | Online stores, product reviews | None. "Get a demo" |
| Trustpilot | Company reviews on its own site | Free, then from $99, $319 or $799 a month |
The rest of the page takes each one in turn.
Reputation.com
Reputation.com is the closest match to Birdeye in shape. Its home page calls it "The #1 AI-Powered Reputation Management Software" and lists healthcare among the industries it serves.
Unlike Birdeye, it prints its prices. Its pricing page lists Rep Core at $80 per location per month. That plan covers review collection, requests, AI replies and business listings. Rep Core + Pulse is $115 and adds insights and basic surveys. Rep Core + Surveys is $150 and adds more survey templates and outreach. From 125 locations, pricing is custom.
What it does well: a clear rate card for a business that counts in locations. Our Reputation.com comparison has more.
NiceJob
NiceJob's home page calls it "The #1 AI-Powered Reputation Marketing Software" for service businesses. It names home services, beauty and wellness, and multi-location franchises. Its pages mention Google Business Profile and Facebook.
Its pricing page lists two plans. Starter is $75 a month and covers reviews, social proof and a microsite. Pro is $125 a month and adds referrals, AI replies, NPS surveys and more. A website add-on costs $99 a month plus a $199 setup fee.
What it does well: a low, flat price with no quote step. It is aimed at local trades, so check how well it fits an online brand.
REVIEWS.io
REVIEWS.io collects company and product reviews for online stores. Its home page sums it up as "Collect reviews. Get found by AI. Sell more."
Its pricing page has a free tier, then paid plans from $29 to $499 a month, billed annually. Each plan caps review invites, from 300 up to 10,000. Pricing is per domain, and there is an Enterprise tier on quote. The page has a currency switch, so check the figure in your own currency. Start-Up and above list Google Seller Ratings and rich snippets.
What it does well: every plan below Enterprise has a printed price, and it is built for product pages.
Yotpo
Yotpo sells product reviews and user content to online stores. Its reviews page names Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and others, and says it sends reviews to Google Shopping.
Its pricing page shows no dollar amounts as of September 2026. The call to action is "Get a demo". So Yotpo is like Birdeye in one way: you learn the price on a call.
What it does well: deep ties to the big store platforms, if your brand sells there.
Trustpilot's own business plans
Trustpilot is a review platform, not a tool that sits on top of one. Brands sometimes weigh it against Birdeye all the same, since it collects, shows and answers reviews.
Its pricing page lists a Free plan with 50 review invitations a month. Starter is from $99 a month, billed annually. Plus is from $319 and Premium from $799, per domain, billed annually. Enterprise is on quote. Our Trustpilot pricing guide sets out what each plan adds.
What it does well: the reviews sit on a public site that shoppers already search. If you are thinking of moving away from Trustpilot instead, see our guide to platforms that replace Trustpilot.
What no review software can do
This is the part vendor pages leave out. No tool on this page can remove a review. Not Birdeye, and not any of the alternatives.
Software helps you ask for reviews, reply to them and file reports in one place. The decision to take a review down belongs to the platform that hosts it. Google says you can report any review, but only those that break its policies are eligible for removal. Trustpilot accepts flags from a business only through the business's own account, for one of five reasons.
Two more points matter for health brands.
Google may not list you at all. Google does not allow businesses "with no physical presence or local service area (e.g. call centers, online-only businesses)" on the map. That is from its eligibility policy. A telehealth or supplement brand that ships by mail may have no Google profile to manage. Then a location-based tool has little to work with.
Asking only happy customers is a risk. Some tools can sort customers by mood before they ask for a review. The FTC's Endorsement Guides and Trustpilot's invitation rules both bear on that. Our guide to asking only satisfied customers explains where the line sits.
Our guide to Google review management tools covers what Google's own free tool already does before you pay for any of these.
When the problem is the reviews you already have
Software helps with the reviews to come. It does not change the ones already on your profile.
If some of those break Google's rules, the route is a report, with evidence, through Google's own tool. Our guide on filing a Google review report walks through it. Our no-cost audit of your Google reviews reads your public reviews against Google's policies. It tells you which ones may qualify and which do not. Google decides each case.
For the review problems that come up most in your category, see our pages for telehealth, GLP-1 weight loss and supplement brands.
If you would rather hand the work over, see our Google review removal service and what each removal costs.

It depends on where your reviews live. Birdeye prices by location and its healthcare page is aimed at practices. Google does not allow online-only businesses on the map, so a DTC brand may have no Google profile to manage. Source: Business and place eligibility.
