Can this review be removed?
Only if it breaks a named platform rule. A promo code, a stranger's phone number or a review from someone who never used you can come down. A harsh but real complaint stays, however unfair it feels. This quiz shows twelve fictional reviews and asks you to call each one, with the rule and the reason.

How this works
Five of the twelve reviews break a rule and seven stay. Each answer comes from the same rule module as our rule pages and the qualifier tool, so the reason matches what those pages say. The platforms decide real cases, and a real review often turns on facts a quiz cannot show.

No. We wrote all twelve about fictional businesses. None is a real review, and any phone number uses the 555-01xx range kept for fiction.
Because the rules are about content, not tone. Trustpilot will not remove a review for criticism or swear words, and Google allows negative experiences described in a respectful manner. A rule break is something specific: a code, a phone number, a conflict of interest.
